How it works:

Initial consultation 

via video chat

This is key to gaining a greater understanding of your exercise and nutrition background, health status and fitness goals.

Tailored training and nutrition plan

You will receive your personalised plans via email and you will gain access to my online training portal.

Regular check-ins and

programme updates

You will have full 

access to me

Your nutrition and training plans will be updated regularly. Twice weekly check-ins will keep you accountable. 

You will never feel alone. If you have any questions, I will be there for you. I am dedicated to helping you succeed.

Personalised Nutrition Coaching

Creating a healthy relationship with food is an invaluable life skill. No foods should be off-limits. I will help you find a balanced way of eating that you can keep up for the rest of your life.

 

Following a consultation, I will design your bespoke nutrition plan that I will adapt as you progress. You will receive a new recipe book every month for cooking inspiration.

You will receive a new personalised exercise programme every month that is tailored to you. Workouts can be designed for the gym, outdoors or in your home.
