What online coaching with me actually looks like

Online coaching gets a bad reputation and honestly, I understand why.


A lot of “online personal training” is just a generic plan, a calorie target and the assumption that you’ll somehow figure the rest out on your own. 


My approach is different.


Online coaching with me is structured, supportive and built around cutting through the noise that makes fitness feel confusing and overwhelming in the first place. It’s about helping you understand what matters, what doesn’t, and how to apply that in a way that fits your life.


That means:
No rigid meal plans

No unsustainable exercise schedules
No guilt for missed sessions or imperfect weeks
No chasing extremes “because social media says so”


Instead, we focus on realistic exercise schedules, practical nutrition advice and behaviours you can maintain long term. Progress comes from consistency, and enjoyment matters more than perfection.


This is online coaching that goes beyond the workouts. We take into account your job, family life, stress and everything else competing for your time.

How coaching works

Coaching is structured, but never rigid. Here’s what the process looks like:

You’re not left guessing. You’ll have direct support, guidance, and accountability throughout your coaching, not just a plan dropped in your inbox.

You’ll have twice weekly check-ins to review your progress, troubleshoot any challenges and adapt the plan as life inevitably changes.

The aim is simple: remove guesswork and give you structure you can actually stick to.

Online coaching is not just a workout plan. It’s ongoing support, guidance, and accountability.


What you’ll get:

Personalised Training Programme

Your exercise programme is built around your goals, experience, equipment access, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. It evolves as you progress and isn’t a static template.

Nutrition Coaching (Not Dieting)

Nutrition support is practical, flexible and evidence-based. We focus on fuelling, energy, consistency and understanding the food you eat.

Supplement Guidance

Clear, honest advice on supplements - what’s worth considering, what’s unnecessary and what’s mostly marketing hype.

Accountability & Check-Ins

Twice week;y check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot any challenges and adapt the plan as life changes. We focus on accountability without judgement.

Ongoing Support

You’ll have direct access for questions, feedback and reassurance. Coaching doesn’t stop once the plan is written.

I believe people deserve to understand their bodies, their training and their nutrition, not just follow instructions blindly. That’s why education is a core part of how I work.

I also host the How To: Fitness podcast, where I break down common myths, explore the evidence behind popular fitness trends and have honest conversations about our health (without the hype).
