HE IS THE BEST!
I have a lot to say about Michael, I don't know how to make it brief, but let me try.
I met him during my postgraduate studies in Edinburgh. My friend recommended him to me, knowing that his training programs are based on balanced and healthy life with an efficient nutrition plan. I took his 3-month-long online program. First I hesitated a lot about the program being online. However, in our very first call he showed his true professionalism coupled with his kindness and friendliness and cleaned all the question marks on my mind. He never advertised me any kind of fitness product, never advised me to buy certain supplements, or to go to a certain gym. This approach gave me the impression that he is not interested in getting people's money, but more concentrated on getting good results from his trainees.
Our fitness program was aiming weight loss and was based on two main issues: effective daily exercises and a good nutrition plan. He was checking my results weekly and analysing my results accordingly. If you are kind or a person like me who hates rude people with strict rules under the veil of "discipline" Michael is the trainer you need! If you fail to follow the plans, he never gets angry or frustrated; but tries to explain you that you are making an effort to have a result and immediately adjusts the plans according to your daily habits. So he encourages you more rather than upsetting you.
In three months, he wrote me 3 different programs and he was always ready to answer any kind of question I might have, regardless of how ridiculous they were. When I said I was not able to do the exercises, he sent me videos explaining the details of the exercises immediately. And since he is not money oriented, although our program has finished, he still keeps my account for me to access my training plans and he answers some core questions about fitness online.
Thanks to him, I am feeling very healthy and shaped, although I am not one of his trainees who lost a lot of weight in tiny periods. But I am pretty sure if I follow his programs perfectly, the good result will automatically come.
I would like to thank him once again, for all his help and support on me having a healthier life. I am looking forward to having perfeclty settled to my new city and new life, so that I will start training with him again in the near future.
