​​​Is this plan suitable for my fitness level?
​This plan is suitable for both beginners and experienced gym goers. The plan provides videos and written explanations for every exercise to walk you through the routine. I will provide the workout framework but I will not provide weight recommendations. This allows you to adjust the intensity of the session depending on your current fitness level and previous exercise experience.​

How many days a week do I need to exercise?
Within this plan there are four strength workouts for you to complete - although this can be adjusted if required. If only three workouts are preferred, simply miss out the final workout of each week.​​

Do I need to have gym access/what equipment do I need?
This plan is designed for a gym environment with equipment you would find in most commercial gyms. However, within the app there is a 'swap exercise' button next to each exercise so, if a piece of equipment is not available, it will recommend a similar exercise with alternative equipment. If you would prefer a bodyweight-only exercise plan, you can purchase my 6-week bodyweight plan by clicking here.

Are there modifications for injuries/limitations?
​​I appreciate that occasionally workouts need to be modified for a variety of reasons and workout flexibility is key to staying consistent. This is where the 'swap exercise' button comes in handy. For whatever reason, if you cannot complete an exercise then the app will provide you with an alternative exercise to work the same muscle group. If none of these are suitable then you can swap in a different exercise entirely. ​

How is this plan different from free workouts online?
Although there are some great free workout plans online, this 8-week plan will provide you with a superior structure to keep you more consistent. You will have the ability to record the weight and repetitions you have lifted within the app, you will have exercise video playback to ensure good exercise form, you'll be able to swap in alternative exercises if possible, and you will also have access to me via the 'chat' section of the app if you have any issues. As an added bonus you will receive three recipe books with 90 recipes to try out alongside three follow-along yoga classes too!​​

What if I miss a workout or fall behind?​​​
​Although we recommend following the plan as it is designed, we appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way​ and that is OK! This is a self-led programme so if you miss a workout or fall slightly behind, you can simply work through it at your own pace, or just forward to the next scheduled workout to continue as the plan instructs you to.​
