Why online personal training?

Our online personal training allows you to receive expert guidance from an experienced trainer from anywhere in the world. You will have support that is motivational, responsive and adaptable. 

Imagine knowing that every exercise session and the way that you are eating are moving you closer to your goals. We don't work with meal plans and you'll see no cookie-cutter workouts here. Online personal training takes out the guess work and everything is tailored to your needs and preferences.

How does it work?

01

Initial consultation

We would have a phone call consultation where you can ask questions about the training process and where I can gather as much information from you as I can. This call is key to gaining a greater understanding of your exercise and nutrition background, health status and your fitness goals. This allows your plans to be personalised to you.

Tailored exercise and nutrition plan

You will gain access to my online coaching software where we can monitor all of your health and fitness progress. You will be provided with a step by step plan of how to move forward with your exercise and nutrition. My training software provides in-depth videos of how to perform exercises safely, allowing us to safely manage your exercise load.

 

All guesswork will be removed to help you improve. Fostering a healthy relationship with both exercise and nutrition is at the heart of my coaching. A healthy relationship with food and exercise is paramount for ensuring new habits are adhered to and enjoyable.

Check-ins and programme updates

Your nutrition and training plans will be updated regularly as we progress. Twice weekly check-ins via phone or video call mean that you will be supported throughout your fitness journey, whilst also providing a friendly level of accountability to keep you motivated.

My full support

You will never feel alone. Outside of our twice-weekly check-ins, you will be able to message me directly through my coaching software at any time you need. I will be your full time personal trainer, here to support you in any way that you need.
